GSCM Girl Scouts

Girl Scout Troop 41662 had a great first half of their troop year!  We have 7 Daisies (PreK – 1st Grade), 6 Brownies (2nd & 3rd Grades) and 8 Juniors (4th & 5th Grades).

Some highlights for the girls this fall have included:

  • A troop camping trip to Camp Butterworth, complete with songs & smores.
  • Learning about storm water & labeling storms drains in the school neighborhood with Hamilton County Conservation District, which earned several girls their Citizen Scientist Journey badges.
  • A bake sale on campus with proceeds benefiting YWCA Cincinnati Domestic Violence Shelter – we raised $254 to purchase items for the shelter.
  • Ou 4th & 5th grade Juniors attended a Crane Engineering badge workshop at GE Aviation’s Learning Center hosted by female engineers.
