Student Visitation and Orientation Days

Orientation days are designed to welcome students and parents back to campus and prepare for the upcoming school year.  One of the hallmarks of Montessori education is to strengthen the triangular relationship between parents, teachers, and children. All three are equally important and contribute to the whole experience. Visiting the classroom with your child, meeting the teachers, and understanding your child’s experience is one of the best ways to ensure success.

Wednesday, August 18th–Open House–4pm-8pm

• All classrooms and buildings will be open for touring and visiting
• Teachers will be present in the classroom to answer questions and meet parents/students
• Students may drop-off supplies and decorate lockers
• Used uniforms will be for sale 
• Office will be open to submit forms and papers 

Thursday and Friday, August 19th-20th–Orientation Days–9am to noon 

• Teachers will be available to schedule individual meetings primarily for new families
• Office will be open to submit forms and papers 

Classroom teachers will also be scheduling a Parent Orientation Zoom session between August 17th and September 6th to go over classroom expectations and family responsibilities for the school year.
