We will celebrate the Feast of All Saints Day as a school community on November 1st. We will begin with Mass at 8:15 followed by a Eucharistic Procession, Litany of Saints, and Benediction. We encourage parents to attend and celebrate with us. There will be no mass that Friday, November 3rd.
All Saints Day celebrates and remembers all those saints in heaven, both those formally named by the church and those who have not been formally named, but lived holy lives worthy of beatification. All Saints Day is a holy day of obligation in the church. Mass attendance is required of all Catholics. Families are also encouraged to study the Saints of the church, especially patron saints. November 2nd is All Souls Day on which we remember all those who have died, especially within the last year.
Who is your patron Saint?
