Admissions Process
Step 1. Apply Online (All Applicants)
- Create an account in FACTS, our online portal
- Fill out the online application
- Pay the Application Fee (one per family) and Submission Fee (one per student)
Step 2. Submit Additional Information (K – 8th Grade Applicants)
- From FACTS, send the Recommendation Form to your child’s current teacher
- If your child has not attended a previous school or has been homeschooled, please fill out the Recommendation Form yourself.
- Upload your child’s most recent report card or progress report from their current school
Step 3. Schedule A Visit (K – 8th Grade Applicants)
- Register for a School Visit to meet with our teachers by contacting the office at gscm@gscmontessori.org
- Applicants for Kindergarten complete a 30 minute visit
- Applicants for 1st – 8th Grade complete a half day shadow visit from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Registration Period
- Priority Registration for current families begins in late January and continues through the first full week in February.
- During Priority Registration all current families re-enroll for the upcoming year. Siblings of current families have priority for any open spots.
- After Priority Registration is complete, open spots are filled with current applicants. Applicants with prior Montessori experience as well as Catholic families have priority.
- Once all open spots are filled, other applicants are sent a wait-list letter and their applications remain open throughout the school year.
