Before moving to Cincinnati, LinMarie began and developed the elementary program at the Montessori School of Kokomo. She came to The Good Shepherd Catholic Montessori as a lower elementary directress in 2001, trained as an Orton-Gillingham tutor, and completed training in Levels I, II, and III in the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Cincinnati in 1994, and has worked for over eight years as a teacher-naturalist for the Cincinnati Park Board. Prior to coming to The Good Shepherd Catholic Montessori in 2005, Jenny taught for three years at St. Bernadette School in Amelia, and also served as a private tutor for Huntington Learning Center. Jenny received her Montessori training through Xavier University. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with her husband and two children.

Jessica earned a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Theology from Marquette University in 2009 and a Master’s degree in Pastoral Care from Xavier University in 2017. She completed an internship at the Cincinnati VA Hospital and residency at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, and enjoyed serving children and their families as a chaplain at Cincinnati Children’s until 2022. In addition to her work in clinical chaplaincy, she has primarily served her family as a stay at home mom since 2010. Jessica completed Montessori Elementary Fundamentals coursework and joined The Good Shepherd Catholic Montessori community in 2025 as a teaching assistant in the Upper Elementary classroom. She enjoys swimming, gardening and reading, as well as going on outdoor adventures with her husband, Nate, and their seven children.
Sheli Schlueter – Upper Elementary Assistant Directress
Sheli Schlueter joined GSCM as a substitute teacher in Fall 2020 and currently works as an assistant in the Upper Elementary Humanities environment. After graduating from Mercy Montessori in 1985, she had hoped for a Catholic Montessori education for her own children, and found it at GSCM. Sheli has always enjoyed teaching — from her days teaching Criminal Justice courses at the University of Cincinnati to teaching various legal and training topics, including active shooter (ALICE) courses, for fellow law enforcement officers and civilians during her police years. She is happy to be back in the classroom with the students at GSCM. Sheli holds a Bachelor’s degree from Purdue University in Psychology, a Master’s degree and most of a Ph.D. in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati. She is also a graduate of the FBINA (Federal Bureau of Investigation National Academy) 245th session and CLEE (Certified Law Enforcement Executive) XIX session. Family health issues required her to step away early from her police career of almost 14 years, and though she does miss the adrenaline filled days, she is grateful to work with the wonderful families, students and staff that make up GSCM.
